Our development process consists of the following steps:
1. Identification
2. Planning
3. Permit
4. Wind measurement
5. Procurement
The Greenfield Wind development process is based on our experience from previous projects in Sweden. It is a process that has proven itself to be an efficient and successful solution.
It is important for us that the project development is a transparent process and that the landowner understands at exactly what stage the project is at any given time. Therefore, each project has a designated project manager who acts as the interface between Greenfield Wind and the landowner.
It is the project leader’s job to make sure that the landowner is constantly informed about each step and that he feels safe in regards to the investment made on his property.
We are also open to collaboration from the landowner to any extent. This is not a requirement from Greenfield Wind. It is up to the landowner whether he wishes to be involved in the project or not and to which extent.
