We also take care of any financing required. This means that for you as a landowner there is no real risk just benefits if the land you grant us for development is suitable for wind power.
Our aim is to develop wind power on your property as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We don’t want to tie up your land for years without giving you financial benefits. Our development process is quick and reliable.
Wind power projects are very complex and require careful surveying, permits and calculations before construction can commence. Unfortunately it is not possible to ascertain from the start if your land will be feasible for wind power or not. If, for some reason, it is not suitable then Greenfield Wind will terminate our agreement with you and relinquish any commitment to us. We don’t want to tie up your land for no reason.
